We couldn't of picked a better photographer to shoot our special day. We are so happy with how our pictures turned out, so much so its hard to pick which ones we like more!

Thank you Lucas for being so great!!!

FAQ

01. Do we need permits for our photo locations, and who handles the application?

Yes, most of Toronto’s iconic locations—such as the Distillery District, University of Toronto (Knox College), and Osgoode Hall—require a pre-purchased photography permit. While the permit fee is the responsibility of the couple, I act as your consultant throughout the process. I will advise you on exactly which permit you need, the current cost, and how far in advance you need to book.

02. How do you handle diverse skin tones and high-contrast indoor lighting?

This is one of the most important technical aspects of my work. Toronto is beautifully diverse, and my editing philosophy is centered on "True Color." I don’t use heavy, trendy filters that wash out complexions or alter the richness of skin tones.

03. Do you offer 'Social Media Sneak Peeks' or 'Wedding Content Creator' services?

I know how exciting it is to share your day with friends and family! That’s why I provide a "24-Hour Social Sneak Peek"—a curated gallery of 20–50 professionally edited images delivered the morning after your wedding, perfectly sized for Instagram and TikTok.

04. We’re doing a 'Non-Wedding Wedding'—can you shoot purely documentary style?

Absolutely. Many of my Toronto couples are opting for intimate restaurant buy-outs or modern loft celebrations that don’t fit the traditional mold. My approach is Editorial Documentary: I act as a "fly on the wall," capturing the raw, unscripted emotions and the small, quiet moments that happen when no one is looking.

05. What is your 'Plan B' for Toronto’s unpredictable weather and traffic?

Being a Toronto photographer means being a logistics expert. I always build a "Traffic Buffer" into your wedding day timeline to account for Gardiner closures or unexpected TTC delays. I arrive early to every location to scout and ensure we are on schedule.
